Gymanism

1. Eligibility: Only registered students, faculty, and staff members of the college are allowed to use the gymnasium. Valid identification must be presented upon entry.

2. Timings: The gymnasium have specific operating hours during working hours of the college. Users must adhere to the designated timings and should not attempt to enter the facility outside the specified hours.

3. Reservation System: Depending on the gymnasium's capacity, the college may implement a reservation system to ensure fair usage. Users may be required to reserve specific time slots for their workouts, especially during peak hours.

4. Code of Conduct: All users must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and fairness. This includes refraining from engaging in any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow gymnasium users or staff members.

5. Equipment Usage: Users are responsible for handling the gym equipment with care. Any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence or misuse may result in penalties or fines. Instructions provided by the gymnasium staff regarding the proper use of equipment must be followed.

6. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Users must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while using the gymnasium. This includes wearing appropriate workout attire, using a towel, and wiping down equipment after use. Users should also follow any specific guidelines related to personal hygiene, such as wearing closed-toe shoes and using deodorant.

7. Safety Measures: All users must comply with safety measures and protocols implemented by the gymnasium management. This includes following instructions regarding emergency exits, fire safety, and first aid procedures. In case of any injuries or accidents, users should immediately inform the gymnasium staff.

8. Personal Belongings: It is recommended to avoid bringing valuable items to the gymnasium. The college will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

9. Prohibited Activities: Certain activities may be prohibited in the gymnasium, such as food consumption, smoking, alcohol or drug use, and any behaviour that disrupts the peaceful environment. Users should adhere to these restrictions to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all.

10. Compliance with Policies: Users are expected to comply with all college policies and guidelines related to gymnasium usage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent suspension of gymnasium privileges.
